Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate the material
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours
• Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
• Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of federal court

Safe Harbor Provisions

Primearz operates under the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA. We do not actively monitor user-generated content but respond promptly to valid takedown notices. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes on the rights of others.

False Claims

Please note that making false claims in a DMCA takedown notice may result in liability for damages, including attorney’s fees. We may also take action against users who abuse the DMCA process by filing frivolous or bad faith takedown notices.
