About AMC
In 2005, Abdul Jawad Aslam left US real estate to develop affordable housing in Pakistan. He founded AMC in 2008, partnering with Acumen Fund and Bamboo Finance. AMC introduced Safiya Homes in Faisalabad, Peshawar, and Lahore, providing secure, low-cost housing.
By 2016, AMC partnered with Reall and Places for People, expanding with projects like Safiya Homes Sue-a-Asal and the Egerton Girls Hostel. Over 1,000 homes were delivered by 2019. AMC also developed model villages in flood-hit areas like Muzafargarh and Hub Balochistan, offering amenities like security, schools, and water. Today, AMC is a leader in Pakistans affordable housing sector.
